***Verbal abuse is accepted at this location / per Scott, management*** Today I learned management at this establishment approves of the guard calling truck drivers f'ing a'holes. I also learned if you correct "Scott" on the procedure to enter this establishment he will essentially call you a liar and ban you from the establishment. I alerted my leasing company of the issue immediately. *** TO TRIUMPH FOODS ..... it doesn't matter if it's you or me or Joe Blow, VERBAL ABUSE IS UNACCEPTABLE behavior. The fact your management disregarded this complaint is shameful. *** Sincerely, a +20 year driver / owner operator.
