This is the absolute worst school I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. The enrollment team from the financial aid department to the enrollment counselors are completely incompetent. They fail to communicate with each other, they fail to take proper notes so that tou dont have to recap what you have been dealing with EVERY TIME you call, and worst of all they are by and large only button pushers. Meaning they have no clue what they are actually doing or what the consequences of their actions will be. They only know how to read a manual and parot it back to you and when you try to make decisions that effect the future or try to explain to them that what they are doing isn't working because you've spent 6 months dealing with different reps already doing the same thing they tell you they don't know what else to do because their only option is to press a button or not press a button. I finally filed a complaint with the Department of Education for their failures, and after 3 different start date changes, 9 different FAFSA qualifications submitted (all of which was donenwith IRS transferred information), and 6 different representatives passing the buck I left to Pikes Peak Community College. PPCC was able to start me right away with the EXACT SAME information I provided CSU-Global in the beginning, and it's cheaper. I would give these people 0 stars if I could. Save your time and energy. Go somewhere else.
