I had mold remediation done in late June, paid for it 10k out of pocket and submitted it to USAA who sent it over to allcat.... I ve had multiple people working on my claim and every time it gets sent to someone knew I hear from them once and then I try to contact them and they never answer or call back.... it s now October and my interested on my credit card keeps going up and up because I still have not received the money that I am covered for.
