Had the pleasure of have one of their consultants at my office a few months ago. The gentleman we had was courteous and professional and went out of his way to implement the plan we had agreed upon. We probably won't know till next year if the investment will pay off but as of now I feel confident our changes will have the results needed to make it all worth the time and effort.
