Overrated for sure. I wouldn t be opposed to another stay there, but definitely wouldn t pick it as my first choice.

The staff was always pleasant. However, the hotel should do a better job at offering information rather than the guests having to ask about everything. For example, if you want to learn where to park you have to call the front desk, that should simply be on their website or your confirmation. If you have a price on your website for a parking fee, you should disclose the location of the parking site without the guests having to ask. Furthermore, there is a sheet in the bedroom with information on amenities...complimentary coffee at the front desk...given that it is only offered from 6am-10am...that information should be provided on the sheet.

We requested a mini fridge and the request could not be granted because all were already in use. Leftovers had to stay out overnight because of this.

Elevators are much too slow.

Beautiful view, great location. Decor is meh. Maybe my expectations were just too high.
