I go here regularly and today an elderly man had a session with a personal trainer. Unfortunately for the elderly man, who was clearly inexperienced, was being recorded and snapchat by the PT for his lack of form and strength, which is pretty cruel and disrespectful.
I wouldn't recommend going here if you don't like being made fun of by the meat head PT's

The facilities are limited but do the job.
