The BBB St. Louis has been incredibly helpful in assisting us in collecting honest reviews about our business. Their evaluation process has always been impartial. While our business has a 5-star average, we also have our share of honest, one-star reviews. The BBB has been very responsive to illegitimate reviews. We have had competitors and extortionists attempt to use the BBB for their financial gain and the BBB has helped detect and thwart the bad actors.

As a small business person, the BBB (and particularly St. Louis) is indispensable. We are proud to be a member and highly recommend them.
