Grossly overpriced and substandard. About on par with a decent Holiday Inn on I-75 but 3 + times the price. Checked in early and got the worst room in the place. Desk clerk refused to change room due to hotel being "fully booked" even though the cleaning staff was clearly still cleaning many vacant rooms. The hotel, even in comparison with other hotels in N.O.T.L. (which are also overpriced) lacks in luxury, amenities and atmosphere despite being advertised as a luxury hotel and priced higher than the local competition.
