Both my sons have seen Dr. Lock since birth. We feel very fortunate that he is their Dr. Appointments never feel rushed, he has a wonderful rapport with them (takes the time to get to know them), takes my concerns seriously while appropriately talking me away from unnecessary worries and he somehow remembers so much about them. We have had great experiences with other Drs for sick day visits and wonderful experiences with all the nurses and NP. Ramy is our favorite bc she really helped me (Mom) when our first was born. We are always able to get a sick appt (even now during COVID, the longest we waited was for the next afternoon) and the nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful when you call with any concern.
