If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen that. On line shopping for special dietary requirements is crap, they are always substituted and not always for an appropriate item, they arrive late, the items on offer are substituted, you would think if an item is on offer they would have enough stock to meet demand!!! I have made half a dozen phone calls this morning trying to get some satisfaction. Just got off the phone with Head Office, for the second time, customer services and the lady was really apologetic and pleasant but of no real help at all. I order Alpro yogurt because I HAVE too it is never available in a flavour I like. I have been on the phone for over an hour this morning and all for nothing and at my own cost. They did not offer to replace the broken product or make any kind of recompense what so ever and I will not use them again as they obviously do not want my custom!
