I had a bit of an odd request and everyone at Arrow was so helpful.

I opened my mother-in-law's wedding dress box (it had been professionally cleaned and sealed 35 years ago) to use her veil for my upcoming wedding. I called around to a few places to see if anyone could reseal the box, but most places were going to require the dress to be recleaned for $150+.

I called Arrow and Stevie helped me out. She called Fabian, the owner, who said they would reseal the box for free. I took in the dress midday on a Thursday and it was ready later that afternoon. The employee at the counter was extremely kind and helpful too.

Will definitely be taking my own dress here to be sealed after my wedding. Thanks, Arrow!
