It was an interesting experience. Prices are good, experience was okay. Started out with one sales rep ended up with another. Just seeing the difference between the two salespeople showed how much they need some sales training. One sales person was significantly superior then the other. I was told I would have a siriusxm subscription, but before driving away I noticed it didn t have it, mentioned it immediately to my sales rep and he said it would be taken care of immediately, yet here I am over a week later still no sirius radio.
