I have been using the services of Nevada Power Company SilverHawk Station for a couple of years now and I must say that their service is average. The speed and reliability of the electricity provided is decent, but the customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. Overall, it's an okay experience.
