I have got the worst experience with this company ...

I have got the worst experience with this company recently. Even if I contacted their subsidiary in Brazil this week and suggested solutions for overcome the issue that I raised, none of them were able to give a reasonable solution.
Although, I love pasta, I will never buy any other product from this brand and I will make sure that all friends and relatives do the same.
That is a shame!
