I called to inquire about a product. You press 2 for 'technical knowledge'. I spoke to someone who clearly didn't have product knowledge and was told that the person who in fact did, would be on the phone for a long time.

After getting this person's contact information, I called back and sure enough, I got through (approximately five- 10 minutes later).

Once I spoke to the product person, she too couldn't give me a definitive answer about the product I was inquiring about.

Disappointed to say the least. I have called other supplement companies and spoke to someone upon 1st call with answers and information regarding a given product.

I am returning this particular product and will think twice about future purchases from this company.

So, let me get this straight. You are returning the product and posted a very long complaint here, which all takes considerable time, because the person answering the phone did not give you the answers you demanded? so perhaps they should hire physicians to answer the phone. Only problem? you would pay 1000 txs more for the product. Then you would be complaining again lol.. you are a peach.
