Yesterday, my battery died in my 2016 Mazda-6 and Christy Powers helped me to get it jumped and started. She has always been extremely helpful anytime I have come into the dealership with work needing to be done on my car. She then walked around the dealership to show me the new CX-5's. I have owned Mazda vehicles over the last several years and I really like the looks of the new CX5's. As a result, I ended up trading my 2016 Mazda-6 for a new 2020 CX-5 and within a few hours I was driving home in a new car - a very happy customer. The outstanding service I received yesterday was a direct result of Christy Powers - Body Shop, Alex Miller - sales manager, Servando - sales person, and Glenn Rice - Finance person. All 4 of these individuals were very friendly, treated me with the utmost respect, and ensured all my needs were fully met. I was very well taken care of. These individuals were courteous, respectful, attentive, caring, and they are part of the reason I continue to buy my cars from Sport Durst Mazda. Servando helped me with all the necessary paperwork and then went the extra step to sit side by side with me and walk me through all the new features on the new CX-5's. I truly appreciated his and everyone else's time that they took to get me the best possible deal, meet my payment needs, and to ensure my experience at Sport Durst was the best possible experience when purchasing a new vehicle.
