Terrible company! They deserve no stars! They have placed a Capital One account on my credit. Just one big problem! I never had a Capital One account!!!! After disputing and emailing Mr. Hamill at resurgent for over 1 year, they still are reporting this with no proof whatsoever.. These guys are true bottom feeders who need to be out of business! I am now suing them for defamation and emotional distress.
