Good experience with knoah solutions. The interview process as to change for experience persons. Becoz i didn't see any difference between the freshers and experience persons becoz for experience they are asking same question as freshers. If I talk about the interview process in cognizant, optum and Accenture, they conduct only two rounds for experience persons. Knoah solutions as to change the interview process for experience persons. Good interview process.
