In regards to sales in the USA. I will never buy another alma again. Previously we had good luck with their lasers, but the last one we bought had a small hose break in the handpiece which destroyed the diode after only 800k pulses. I blew it off and had it rebuilt for $12k. However, the main reason I will never buy from this company again is how their sales staff treat you.

We just recently had a major theft, where one of our back up lasers was stolen, along with all of our personal property. Long story short, I was planning on buying a new laser once the insurance got figured out. Long story short, we decided to close a branch instead of buying another laser, and buy a pico for tattoo removal instead in 6 months. However, I hadn't told the rep that and meerly told him, we were going to skip doing the new soprano at this time (planning on buying a different alma in 6 months after my savings recovered from making the down payment on our new house. The rep, James Vercammen, said ok my boss will be contacting you about this. Anyways, he ends up calling, first wants specifics on our insurance and claims I committed insurance fraud by having them quote me for a new machine (the insurance company asked for that because they no longer made the Soprano XL and they wouldn't give me a quote on one; so literally just followed instructions from the insurance company). Later on in the conversation, I told him flat out we just can't afford to drop an extra 30k on a new soprano lite that I hadn't planned on and didn't really need due to closing one location, and before could get out that we were instead going to buy a tattoo removal machine, he cut me off with "listen here you little fuc*". At that point I hung up. Never again will I deal with this company. Usually I don't write reviews, but this was totally unacceptable and in now way professional.
