RentPing Media has done a great job of providing us with advertising and helping us to start our own website -- for over 3 1/2 years. They were wonderful to work with, and very reasonable. Through their help, we were able to become fully occupied, with a consistent waiting list, for well over a steady year now. Let me tell you, it makes one's job a lot easier (as a property manager) when you have no apartments to rent, and can then concentrate fully on maintaining your property and the happiness of your current tenants.

The website RentPing helped create for us had the advantage of showing individual virtual tours of each different type unit we had, so as to provide a convenient means for out-of-towners to view the apartments -- or "in-towners" even when the office was closed. Also, it was a way for people who wanted to see the apartment a second time to go back online... it's all there. And it saves so much time by having the ability to direct potential renters to a competent website!

The only reason we are leaving them is because they have raised the monthly cost that we have been paying -- and raised it quite immensely. Granted, the new portal for the website has some great new features -- but features for us that are not necessary at this point in time.

I would highly recommend them as a legit and helpful company to work with... Jacob Gerber has my highest esteem for being a great salesman and a good worker. He has always been honest and attentive to any needs, concerns or questions we've had over the past 3 1/2 years.
