Kentucky Kingdom has bounced back in a big way! The new coasters are all great and classics like T3 and Thunder Run are more fun than ever thanks to what I'm assuming is some stability upgrades as the rides feel far more smooth than I remember. Hurricane Bay is a blast as well. Deluge watercoaster is a personal favorite along with the Lazy River and whatever the crazy high water slide (more like water drop) is called. Season passes are the way to go considering they don't cost much more than a one day ticket. We got one for all 4 of us this year and they were well worth it. It was great to be able to pop by the park for an hour or so if we happened to be in Louisville for some other reason and of course a long planned day at KK is always a blast!
