Took a week for my order to be processed. No Communication! I paid extra for faster delivery, but it did not get processed for 7day. Completely screwed up my orders on the backend, I had to pay overnight for the items I needed because of the delay. Cost me a lot of money. I did not get a refund or future discount of my order and was told the shipping time was based on when the package is given to FedEx but I would have never ordered it if I knew it would take a week just to leave their warehouse.

And the worst part is they never explained the delay and never called or e-mailed me saying there would be one, I HAD TO CALL THEM ASKING WHERE OUR PACKAGE WAS!!!!!
