Interesting museum - rude service

I visited this museum using the city pass and was pleasantly surprised by the movie exhibits but the employees ruined it for me. Upon entering I was greeted by a woman behind the desk who was extremely rude to my entire group. It was a small group of college students we were being nice and were astonished by the utterly rude responses we received by the woman. The museum wasn't even busy i dont know what her problem was.

It only got worse from there.

I got SCREAMED at to not use flash when taking photos.... My flash wasnt even on. I think the staff member saw the reflection of the light on the guitar and thought it was flash. Either way, she didn't need to yell. To make it worse, some lil kiddo next to me got scared by her yelling and cried. Yikes.

Another staff member seemed annoyed when i asked a question. Yikes. Yikes. Yikes.

Either this establishment is treating their staff horribly resulting in the horrible moods or they are simply hiring a bunch of salty and rude people. Theres obviously a problem here and i don't recommend supporting this by giving them your money.
