Please know that we, Dr.& Mrs. Randy Gulkis are experiencing unbelievable and excellent care here at Bay Shore. The staff of nurses in the ICU is way above professional, pleasant, courteous and hard working. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed. It is because of your doctors, Dr. Kahn, Dr. Younan, and the rest of his team that he came back to us. It was touch and go there for awhile. We are amazed at what fabulous care my husband has received thus far. We wanted him immediately out of here and transported to Jersey Shore Hospital when he was able to be transported. We have remained because you your surprisingly high level
of professionalism and expertise.
I would be remiss not to mention the wonderfully attentive and compassionate team of Patient Expetience team headed by Mark. Dee was here the night we came in devastated by the knowledge of the severity of my husband's heart attack. She had such patience, compassion and just a calming manner. She made us calmer in the worst moment of our lives.
You must be commended on the excellence this facility ans shown.
Thanks to everyone who participated in his care. They deserve a raise!!
