In July of 2014 I needed new tires and the local Pep Boys were the only ones that had them in stock and ready to install. I should have waited for the dealership! After sitting and waiting for 2 hours I was finally able to go, I went down the road to meet my husband and he noticed that the rims were severely scratched and damaged. We took the car back and the "manager" said there was nothing he could do about it and that they were like that when I brought it in, but just before they took the car I had taken pictures of ALL 4 rims and not one bit of damage. After they put the tires on my tire pressure light kept coming on and has not worked properly since then. Just recently I went to a different store to get the tires rotated and they told me I needed 4 new tires after one year and refused to rotate them unless I bought the 4 new tires for $600 (I paid $980 the year before). I had to take my car to another shop and pay to get them rotated and then found out that the tires the original store put on my car were 2 years old when they sold them to me! I filed a case the first time and was told "Too bad" and filed a second case on Jul 20, 2015 and was told I would hear from someone within 48 hours, but NOTHING!!! I truly dislike Pep Boys and will NEVER do business or recommend anyone to do business with them EVER!! (By the way the Tire pressure sensor STILL doesn't work properly) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
