I've been a customer at Barkers Pet Resort since it opened. Last week I called to make an appointment with Mario. I was told he was on vacation, I was told that if I brought her in I would receive a discount which seemed odd, my mini aussie needed grooming so I took her in and met the groomer. My little girl knows Mario by name and gets very exited when she see's him and his work is excellent. When I picked her up I was very disappointed with the work of the new groomer, and she was limping. I also received the news from another employee that Mario would not be back. Since I will be leaving for Rome soon I felt I should look around for another place to board her and was disappointed I was given false information and a limping pet. The second place I went to was Lauderdale Pet Lodge and to my surprise Mario greeted us! Needless to say, my little aussie was happy to see her Mario . I was very happy to hear that he is in business for himself, and its a lovely place very clean, and the people are friendly. So for us and all of Marios' fans, there is a happy ending!
