I have ordered several items from this company ove...

I have ordered several items from this company over the years. The furniture itself is always good quality and appears to be very well made. So 5 stars for the products.

However, if you have a problem with your order, things start to unravel on the customer service front. I cancelled an order ten hours after ordering as I realised I didn't need what I had ordered (I ordered at 11pm and called at 9am the next day.) I was told this couldn't be done straight away and that someone would call me back. Someone did call back and tell me that was absolutely fine and that I would be refunded.

Imagine my surprise when my order turns two weeks later up whilst I am work. When I called Furniture At Work they told me that I would have to pay a cancellation fee and a collection fee and that I would be called back and told exactly how much this would be. A day and a half later and I have not been called back. Why I should have to pay either of these fees when I cancelled the order is beyond me.

In a nutshell, the customer service is 1 star.

If you are lucky and get what you want first time, it's all good. If you have to deal with the customer service team, all the best!
