Buyers be ware!! Not only did I spend an outrageous amount, but the items were of poor quality. Hint...outrageous amount. I don't mind paying for quality. First off, I'll give them credit for being nice as long as your plan is to purchase. This dress itself was beautiful. Beyond that this is what you really get in the end...never told the shoes were spray painted. Did not ask for painted/stained shoes. Shoes turned purple in the rain. Yep brown dress, purple shoes. Stained feet. Ear rings came apart when I took them off after just 4 hours of wear. I mean literally fell apart. Nothing of the merchandise was mishandled by me. And I quote "we don't know what you did with it after it left the store". If you pay that much do you really think I was going to mishandle it?? Really???? Yes, the sign says "no returns" and I have it on my sales ticket. Store in Lilburn closing or has already closed. Good thing. People there won't be stuck, but any other store customers be ware. Also the bridesmaids were told to get 1 and 2 sizes up and this was very bad because there is the underlying more for the seamstress money. Also not ordered the size agreed upon by the customer. The seamstress Bella late for fitting and could not get the hem correct even up to the third fitting. Further she gives out the wrong address to her place. It's actually in Norcross at the Flying Biscuits shopping center. I drove over 2 hours to her place 2 times only to have to wait on it the second time, 2 days before the wedding and her comment was that it was the material that was the problem not her. Also after she told me it would be pressed and ready. She gave excuses for not pressing it when she finally called herself finished. Would I use this franchise again, NO. Would I recommend them NO. Seamstress, NO. I would say be prepared to ask questions about the merchandise you are buying. Every day I am more amazed at the number of people who love to "stick people". My rating should really be a ZERO, but that is not an option here. People be ware.
