Horrible service and even worse customer service in general. Billing is often inaccurate and takes several calls to get it corrected. They seem to count on your giving up in frustration in order to avoid fixing any problems. Employees often do not return calls for help. One specifically, Hal Logan, is totally unprofessional. He is deceptive and lacks any integrity at all. He often spouts off about his personal politics, acting like an angry, spoiled brat, he rudely speaks poorly about the president, allowing his anger and bitterness to cloud his judgment on how badly he represents his company. I cannot in good conscience recommend Star 2 Star communications.
