Truth, I was left stranded by the shuttle service that never came. I could not even get past the robovoice on the phone and the "driver" did not respond to my texts. In a panic I remembered that my friend recommended Carmel. I called and quickly got through to a human - yeah! She said a car would pick me up in 15 min. In exactly 15 mins the car was there! I got to the airport on time. No problem. Coming back I could not use my app on my cellphone so I called and again got through to a human immediately - yeah!. A car would pick me in up in 7mins! and yes, within that time frame the car was there! The driver took my bag up the stairs to my building. All went really well. I recommend this service. Please note, this is a true story, but also "This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it" - another perk - but would not write something that is not true.
