Has to be the worst Company that has managed our rental at NC State. They lease to anyone, they don't check on the apartment to see if tenants are complying with the lease. They have fees on top of fees. I have other units that I rent, and Preiss is by far the worst management group I have ever been associated with. Unfortunately, I did have an apartment that burn down last year after being least for only 6 months. This unit was not managed by Preiss. Even thought it burned, I still had a better return on that apartment then the one Preiss managed which was leased for a whole year, Be warned!
