Our kids have been patients at Lexington Pediatrics since birth, and we couldn t be happier! The practice has always been well run and especially so during the pandemic. We can call to schedule an appointment or talk to a nurse at any time. I cannot remember ever being put on hold. The afterhours call service has been of great help, many times, and we always receive a timely call when we reach out after hours. The MyChart online communication portal is FANTASTIC. This tool was already implemented well before the pandemic, but this is especially useful now for communicating and preparing for visits. Answering questionnaires online days before a wellness visit is incredibly efficient. Anyone who has ever sat with a clipboard answering questions while wrangling a squirming kid or two knows what a challenge that can be. The online portal allows you to complete these from the calm of your home, print records for school, and send questions to your provider through the messaging feature. Our kids' pediatrician, Dr. Mailloux is patient, knowledgeable, and great with our boys. She engages them directly and is always prepared for our visits, reviewing and recalling our particular concerns through the months and years, and answering our questions with great care. We tell everyone we have the best pediatrician, and we feel so fortunate to have selected her when our eldest was born. I know I can always reach out with my concerns and receive a response back quickly. What more could any parent want from their pediatrician?
