Appalling service, unjustified prices, scamming staff!

Having dinned in many different places in Cluj, I can gladly say I found the worst and one of the most expensive restaurants in the city while far worse was waiter ALEX BERTEA who was probably pondering life while on duty rather than doing his bloody job; his severe lack of care and skill place him amongst the world s most clueless waiters while his cheeky, arrogant approach ruined everyone s night.

Personally I ordered one thing, was brought a slightly different dish and was rudely told by this imitation of a waiter that the order could not be changed as the kitchen is busy and the chef would take too long to cook a different dish; of course I had to pay for it.
Cocktails were also very soft, almost tasteless, clearly the bar staff are professional scammers.

Never again!
