It's free and you can get there using public transportation, even on a Sunday! The views are really nice, there are a lot of spots to simply sit and enjoy a sunny morning or afternoon or have a picnic or enjoy a snack or meal from the cafeterias. There is also a whole building just for family activities and a floor where you can sketch. It has a little tram that will get you up the hill and it's also free. They only charge for parking $15 per car.
