The staff and service on site did not fail, but the first thing we did when we arrived was to buy two raspberry slices and a coffee (which was considered by the expedition as two cups of coffee) for DKK 86, which we brought up to the department where we should sit and wait.
One minute after the purchase, however, we passed a machine in the hallway where the coffee was free and for free use ... long nose to us, and that information could have perhaps made more of it. But the cake was good!
