They are THE place to visit if you bake bread. They offer excellent classes and their staff are extremely friendly and knowledge.
They offer the best variety of wheat berries and whole grains to grind at your home. They also have several grain mills and equipment needed for baking.
I highly recommend you visit their website.
Their prices are fair... about half of ordering from Amazon.
