Awesome gym, knowledgable trainers, and a great experience.

I checked out this new cross fit gym in Park Ridge this past weekend and loved it. It was a cool space with everything you need for a great workout.

I usually workout at home, but CrossFit-88 really pushed me to do my best. It was hard work, but it was also a lot of fun.

Looking forward to my next workout!
