Dr Kaylene Ferguson is a wonderful, caring doctor! I travel a distance to attend the clinic . She is the best doctor I have have found. Thorough, kind,caring and a great sense of humour! wonderful person. I only attend this clinic because Dr Ferguson is such an amazing doctor! I feel lucky to have her!
However, It is a shame the front desk crew are often rude and distant!.
I returned to the clinic today after booking an appointment online. No record! Drove from Port Douglas and had a copy in my car. The older lady was just so rude! Unhelpful,uncaring and the first time I regretted visiting the surgery! Mistakes happen but she was nasty. When I asked about getting my script from another Doc, she said she didn't know which doctor or when! I left without a script.
Their reservation website is woeful and certainly needs looking at!
