They did the bare minimum of what was expected of them. Between not recieving notification of security deposit being mailed, mailing to an address that I dont live at anymore, an obnoxious wait time just to get in contact with someone. (I did update my forwarding address before the mail was sent so maybe that one is on usps.) I pretty much need my previous security deposit to pay for my next security deposit. So when transactions like this take this long it becomes a really large burden. Maybe its my bad for not taking the effort to get in contact first, but they should really think about reaching out to people when it comes to returning security deposits.
