Staff told my friend (who is new to Japan with 1 year visa and no credit card) that there is a possibility of getting SoftBank subscription. He went through all the application procedures and even selected the mobile number. However, they claim that final stage of the application is failed due to credit card requirement.
Why did they make my friend apply and waste 2 hours if the final stage is going to be failed and if the staff knew this?
