I had a flat tire at the end of my work day and I called the tire stores around me but they were all closed. When I called AutoNation Ford Jacksonville, they advised me that they would be closing soon but would wait for me. I filled my tire and hurried to the dealership and they were waiting for me. They took my information and said they would contact me the next day. About midmorning, I received a call that my car was ready to pick up and there was no charge due to my warranty. Way to go AutoNation Ford Jacksonville!!! Thanks.
