I have been apart of this organization for a number of years, and I have to say that they never fail in giving their nannies the best families and outcomes. They are very welcoming, engaging, loving, and hardworking in ensuring that all of their nannies are being given the perfect family for them. Based on my experience, references, and overall description of myself as a nanny, I was able to speak with a handful of families to narrow down which family would be the best for me. I have been a nanny for many many years and I find my prior experience and families are similar to the families I have been introduced to in my journey. It has not been easy to find an opportunity for a job, especially with the vulnerability of a baby or small child, in the area just due to the circumstances with COVID. But, we are given the proper precautionary methods in ensuring that we and our families are safe. I am very grateful to have found this organization as it allows me to meet new families and grow with them.
