My friend and I subscribe. B St. enriches Sacramento's cultural life. It is a major reason why we ain't no cow town no more ! The plays, some serious, some funny, are performed by tremendously talented actors. The production values and great sets always surprise given the limited space of the 3/4 round stage, e.g., in "Detroit", a brilliant play, a house was set ablaze and burned down. In contrast to TV and movies, theater at this level of excellence is a more personal, intimate experience. It's alive!
