I've been a customer of Jsr micro inc for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do get the job done, I feel like they could improve in certain areas. The customer support team is not always responsive and it can be frustrating to get timely assistance. Additionally, their pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to other competitors in the market. Overall, a decent company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
