We ordered a Sofa bed a few months back from the HipVan online store. It was delivered within the promised time. After shifting it to our guest room somehow it didn't quite fit and look the way it was thought. Since we hadn't used it, we asked HipVan if we could return it and they gladly obliged.
HipVan staff took it back and refunded the entire amount. Though we didn't end up being a customer, we're really pleased with their customer service.
