no staff , no smart nurses except the asian guy hes very sweet . there is only one or two caregivers everytime i go to see my mom and i feel bad for them . the receptionist is rude and doesn't really know much and is always gossiping when i walk in . place seems nasty . and the elevators seem to never work .
