Although it is open only during winter months I strongly recommend this place if you are in Dubai surin this time
Pro tip -You can get a good deal on products if you know how to bargain properly
You must buy

Turkish- coffee
Iran - spices (sp saffron)
And whatever else is in your bucket list
You can also enjoy various performances for free if you dont wish to buy anything
Overall it is a good experience and exposure!!
