Overall I have been pleased with MonaVie. I have had orders messed up, but they resolved them. Each time I have called for assistance MonaVie answered the phone and helped me. Of course there are people who disapprove of network marketing but overall direct sales companies / network marketing companies usually have better products than you can buy at normal retail stores. I rank MonaVie high in Quality, high in Appeal and high in service... not to mention that I love their product called Active!
