Not long ago I phone their office in regards my Mamma death negligence from staff this happened in Asheville NC my mom was Italian from Italy , dint speak English I was her power attorney and took care of her at home
She past away in care partners facility
She was supposed to be there only 3 to 4 days
She was not in process to die after 3 days they refused to bring her home they kept her one more day 4 day was kind sleepy tired nurse says she tired let her rest , 5 day she died
She was breathing heavy shaking eyes shot
And tears coming down it dint look like Mamma any longer I asked the nurse doctor
What did you give her they said little Morphine
I told them before she was allergic and also if codeine oxycodone At 10 05 nov 9 2017 she died my bellissima Mamma past away she was certain age but when I looked at her report this morfine garbage was given every 15 to 20 minutes plus norc and other junk they claim made her breathe better and we did what was ritgh, since then I been trying tryng find attorneys and speak with this office insurance
But no response this insurance company also is with risk management Asheville N.C. the attorney s here are all contracted to protect this people and they all sending me letter sayng I can help but hurry cause statue limitations is running out and they told me find attorneys so big applause to them thank you For slowly killing the limitations
Anyhow I decided to try see at least receive some kind compensation but so far very silent
It s not coming out of their pockets insurance should pay at least if my trauma emotionally distress ect
I pray lord Jesus someone up there with hearth can help I m sick tired of people getting away with this and this happens lots people and even now I m very hurt my hearth is been cut to pieces ... I miss you so much Mamma
