I was asked to leave because my 8yr old child was consuming something non vegan - sorry for not forcing my kid to be a vegan. The staff were very polite when doing so and when I questioned the reasoning the owner walked past and was very rude. First her explanation was cross contamination as a health professional I questioned this, then was told you can t sit in my business & consume something that wasn t bought here as a previous cafe owner I questioned this also as I think when I m paying for a table of meals & coffees it s ok for a kid to sit there & have something different and then I was told all of the customers at Nurcha have very strong views on veganism & the environment so non-vegan products are banned and was asked to sit my child outside in 34 degrees which is what I did. Then she tried to get another owner to join in the argument and he just rolled his eyes at her and walked away. It s people like her that give vegans a bad name and they way she spoke to me was highly unprofessional and very rude, no way to run a business and very disrespectful to customers, if I had not already paid I would have walked out never to return.
